Covisint 2FA Reset Instructions

1. Login to GM Supply Power website.

2. Click the Comply tab à 2-Step Verification Profile

3. Click “Reset 2-Step Verification Preferences”

4. Then confirm by clicking “Reset 2-Step Preferences”

5. Choose the Administrator to send the request to and submit.

6. The Administrator will receive a list of codes in an email. (Note: They will only need to email one code to you)

7. Once you receive the code from your Administrator click on “Confirm 2-Step Reset”.

8. Enter the code the Administrator gives you. Then enter your cell phone number and your rcoeng.com email address.

9. This will successfully reset the 2FA to use a text message sent to your phone.
