To request a file or folder restore from backups please email support@rcoeng.com with the information below:
Please include as much of the following as possible:
· Date you need the file / folder restored from
· The full path of the file / folder’s location
· The name of the file (any type, such as excel file)
The file will then be restored to the original location unless a file with the current name exist in the same location or the user requests it be restored to a different location. In the case of the file already existing, the file should be restored to a folder called “Restored” in the original location.
NOTE: Failure to include all the information above may delay the restore or possibly prevent us from processing the restore request.
