Turn off PCDMIS HomePage

1. Launch PCDMIS 2021.1 Settings Editor.

2. Click "Connect"
3. Click "Find"

4. Search for "showhomepage"

5. Set to "False" and apply.

6. Run PCDMIS as Administrator

7. Close out.

8. Run PCDMIS as normal.
