More than likely you just need to map the drive. Try the following steps:

1) Right click the “My Computer” icon and select “Map Network Drive”
2) In the dropdown box, choose L: for the drive letter
3) In the path field, type \\grand\sales
4) Make sure the “reconnect at logon” box is checked
5) Click “finish”
