Requesting a New Account Creation

When requesting a new account please provide the following information:

  • The approving manager (if requesting on behalf of your manager)

  • User's name

    • Please make sure the spelling of the name is correct

  • Access Requested, please include:

    • The Shares / Drives / Department data being requested

    • Whether it is read only or read & write access that is needed

    • Which programs are needed (such as MS Office, VISI, Catia, etc)

  • Any additional information that may be needed for this user


It is assumed that you already have a computer / laptop ordered or in place when making this request. If not, please create a new request for a computer / laptop.

Timing
Certain request, such as request for access to department data you do not have authorization to will delay the account being fully created until management of that data you are requesting approves access.
